Power Flow is a vigorous, flow-based practice, influenced by the Ashtanga vinyasa style developed by Pattabhi Jois. This is a comprehensive fitness experience that includes strength building and deep stretching with an emphasis on a motivational teaching style. It is recommended that you have previous experience in vinyasa-style practice.
Mats and blocks will be provided.
