A soulful, candlelit flow that weaves movement and music into a balanced, full-body practice. Expect sequencing that continuously builds up to the point of peak posture, along with grounding cooldown and release. This class is musically driven and invites ample opportunity to flow and focus on the connection between breath and body. Rooted in trauma-informed principles, this practice invites choice, freedom, and connection to your own rhythm.
