Our Hatha Yoga class offers a slower, more mindful approach to yoga, making it perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice. Explore the foundational poses of yoga (asanas) with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness, and body mindfulness. Each posture is held for a few breaths, allowing you to deepen your stretch and cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance. Hatha yoga also incorporates moments of stillness, helping you develop a deeper sense of relaxation and mental clarity.
